During you trip, you stay at three unique locations so you can explore the different parts of this island.
You kick-off in the ancient town of Stone Town. Thereafer, you stary on the peaceful south coast with beautiful islands and fishing villages. You end the trip with three nights on the east coast; known for its endless sandy beaches.
Stone Town
Stone Town is and ancient town and the cultural heart of Zanzibar. The old center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is characterized by many little alleys, bustling markets, mosques and Arab houses. You spend two nights in a charming hotel in the middle of this town.
Fumba
A peaceful fishing village on the south coast of Zanzibar, where the population is primarily engaged in fishing. Here, you can make endless walks, especially during low tide when many underwater creatures become visible.
Your accommodation is a wonderful place to unwind. Sail to the most beautiful reefs where you can snorkel in crystal clear water. Settle down on an uninhabited island with a cool box full of refreshments and prepare fresh fish on the barbecue. Sail back to end the day with a cocktail at the bar while you watch the sun go down.
Jambiani
Drive across the green island with many trees and plantations to the east coast with the most beautiful beach of Zanzibar. Jambiani is a cozy fishing village. There is a lot to do in the area; beautiful location for diving or snorkeling. Go out to sea with local fishermen on a traditional dhow, visit nearby markets and villages, go kitesurfing or relax under a palm tree with a good book at your accommodation.
Departure
Late afternoon, you depart from Zanzibar (via Dar es Salaam or Nairobi) back to your home destination, where you arrive the next morning.
