Travel schedule
From the Netherlands you fly direct to Zanzibar in just over 8 hours. During this trip you will stay at one or more small-scale and comfortable locations on Zanzibar. The tropical island is known for its snow-white fine sand beaches, azure blue sea and friendly people.
Bwejuu
Upon arrival at Zanzibar airport, near Stone Town, we will pick you up and take you to your hotel. You drive over the green island with many trees and plantations to the east coast with the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar.
Bwejuu is a quiet fishing village. The village lies in the shade of the palm trees between the lively Paje and Michamvi.
Take to the sea with local fishermen on a traditional dhow, visit nearby markets and villages, go kite surfing or relax under a palm tree with a good book at your hotel.
Amsterdam
Rested, recharged and updated, it’s just time to go home.
At the end of the afternoon you will depart from Zanzibar (via Dar es Salaam) for the flight back to Amsterdam where you will arrive the next morning.
