About Sanctuary Swala Camp
Sanctuary Swala Camp is the only camp in this remote corner of the Tarangire National Park. A unique place to stay, far away from the standard tourist routes.
Sanctuary Swala Camp is sheltered under beautiful acacia trees, is built environmentally conscious and overlooks the vast savannah.
‘Swala’ is Swahili for impalas, which are abundant here.
The property
Sanctuary Swala Camp consists of twelve double tents, set up in such a way that maximum peace and privacy are guaranteed.
The dining, lounge and library are in the main tent that offers amazing views from the wooden porch. The swimming pool overlooks a water place where animals regularly come to drink.
