About Selous Wilderness Camp

The small-scale and comfortable Selous Wilderness Camp is located on a peninsula on the southern banks of the mighty Rufiji River and can only be reached by boat.

The authentic and comfortable safari tents are fully equipped and blend into the natural environment of the Rufiji River.

From the camp you can make various safaris; on foot, by boat or by jeep.

The property

Selous Wilderness Camp consists of seven spacious tent houses with private bathrooms, under a spacious makuti roof. From your veranda you have a beautiful view over the Rufiji River.

The food is very good and served in various locations such as the dry riverbed (during the dry season), by the pool, in the bush, but also at your tent house and of course in the dining room.
