Socially involved

Tarangire Ndovu Tented Lodge plays an important role in preserving the environment in the long term: people from villages adjacent to the park are employed in the camp, advise on the authenticity and environmental impact of the camp. Revenues from the camp go to the development of the community – education and employment.
By encouraging self-awareness and good leadership, the (partner) communities will eventually get themselves out of poverty. And because the community is involved, they ultimately make a stable, imaginative and progressive contribution to the preservation of nature, ancient cultures and the wilderness of Tanzania.
