About Ubuntu Camp

Ubuntu Camp is a semi-mobile and small-scale camp that moves with the great migration at two spectacular locations in the Serengeti.

From July to October, Ubuntu Camp is located near the Lamai Wedge on the Mara River in the north of the Serengeti. From December to March, Ubuntu Camp is in the south, on the Kusini plains.

This is why the camp is always situated in the best location.

The property

The seven safari tents at Ubuntu Camp are equipped with every comfort and have running hot water in the bathroom.

Each tent at Ubuntu Camp has king-size beds and a private bathroom with hot safari (bucket) showers and toilet.

Activities

Two times a year this traditional safari camp breaks up and moves along with the huge herds of wildebeest, migrating in an infinite cycle in search of fresh pastures and abundant water.

Balloon flight in the north (surcharge)
Visit Kuria tribe and village in the north
Bush breakfast, picnic and dinner

Price indication

From € 630 to € 920 pppn (full board, including drinks)

Including camping/concession fee for the overnight stay in a protected nature reserve.
Excluding additional costs such as transport, entrance fees to the parks, etc.
The final price depends on the room chosen, the season and currency fluctuations.
