Our guide Alpha let us really experience nature

We very much enjoyed the trip. We were able to see an incredible number of animals. What a beautiful world in these natural areas! Everything feels in balance and harmony. Alpha was a great guide for us. He knew all kinds of things about the animals and he also knew many birds. He also explained the ecosystem in detail. We then learned a lot from him.
You could tell that he himself is very interested nature. Nothing was too much, he was in favor of leaving early and returning late so we could explore as much as possible. He also knew the roads like the back of his hand and did his best to find a leopard. Unfortunately we did not succeed, though we did see a few cheetahs. We also saw many lions and lots of zebras, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, buffaloes, gazelles, vultures, hyenas, “pumbas,” marabous, ostriches, hippos, 2 rhinos and more animals. Too many to mention.

The most beautiful and impressive experience for all four of us was the immigration of tens of thousands of wildebeest. For this we had to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back but it was definitely worth it and we also saw many beautiful things along the way. It is impossible to describe or film how impressive “the great migration” is. We (Anja and I) were even a bit emotional. Great that Alpha was able to offer us this.

The people in the villages were very friendly. When I asked if I could take a picture of them they thought it was no problem and nice. We had only good experiences with the people themselves. Also the lodges and hotel on Zanzibar were great. Thank you for organizing this wonderful trip.
