About Babu’s Camp
Babu’s Camp is an intimate safari camp with only six tents, located in the undiscovered Mkomazi National Park. This vast and peaceful park is rarely visited, allowing you to experience safari in its purest form: quiet, personal and with plenty of space for nature and wildlife.
The camp is located in a rugged landscape with views of Mount Kilimanjaro, which stands out impressively on the horizon on clear days. Mkomazi is also home to rare species such as the black rhino and the African wild dog.
The property
The six comfortably furnished tents with en-suite bathrooms provide a private atmosphere in one of Tanzania’s most remote national parks.
The camp offers game drives, night safaris and guided walking safaris through the park. There is also space for bush breakfast or lunch, bird watching among more than 450 species and a visit to the Rhino Sanctuary.
