Socially concerned

Isoitok Camp Manyara has a unique partnership with the Maasai communities around the camp through the “African Roots Foundation” (ARF). They try to implement small-scale, sustainable projects aimed at improving the daily life of the communities around the camp.
A one-time fee of $ 10 pp is charged and donated to the ARF for future community development projects. For example, ARF cooperates with various foundations that provide safe water drink filters (A Gift of Water) and a number of inexpensive solar lighting (A Gift of Light).
