On the ground floor and first floor of villa 1 and the ground floor of villa 2 there are also common areas such as living room, dining room and veranda/terrace.

At Villa Juliana they have the following room types:

• Deluxe Double room, veranda or balcony, bathroom with rain shower, sea/garden/pool view, king (2p)
• Family room, veranda or balcony, bathroom with rain shower, sea/garden/pool view, extra room at the back, king and twin (2-4p)
• Ocean Suite, balcony, bathroom with Italian shower, living, sea/garden/pool view, king and fold-out sofa for two (2-4p)

Price indication

From € 50 to € 70 pppn (lodging & breakfast).

• Excluding additional costs such as transport etc.
• The final price depends on the room chosen, the season and currency fluctuations.

Environmentally conscious

Villa Juliana can is a 100% eco-friendly home, with zero energy impact on the planet.

• At Villa Juliana, all electricity and hot water is generated by solar energy, using 12 solar panels. (There is a backup system for cloudy and colder days).
• Due to the special construction, the villas are well ventilated and cool.
• The walls are made of 50cm thick coral stone.
• The roof is made of natural palm leaves, ‘fagio’ brooms
• The furniture is made from recycled old local sailing boats, the Dhows.

Furthermore:

• Villa Juliana uses only local and seasonal products that are fairly priced.
• And the local staff and the people from the village are treated with respect.
