Xanadu Villas are located on the east coast of Zanzibar, between Dongwe and Bwejuu, on a beautiful stretch of pristine white sand beach.
The retreat is more than peace and luxury, and will exceed your expectations. Xanadu Villas was created holistic by the owners Eileen and Marcus, out of a desire to breathe.

The property
The nine luxurious and spacious villas of Xanadu Villas have a balcony with a view over the magical pool, and sometimes a patio. Most of them overlook the azure blue Indian Ocean.
