The property
The ten relaxing African-style rooms at More Than a Drop vary in size and amenities and are spread over two different buildings.
The à la carte restaurant serves delicious Fusion, Asian, Italian and local vegan/vegetarian dishes. All fresh, organic, from their own garden and prepared with care & love by the students.

B&B More Than a Drop is part of the social empowerment project for vulnerable and severely disadvantaged Tanzanian female adolescents.
100% of the proceeds go to the school project.
The More Than a Drop Vocational Training Center is an innovative hospitality boarding school, focused on market-oriented, hands-on practical skills, discipline and performance. That is why the school has its own B&B and restaurant – the ideal practice environment for our students.
For 15 months, 35 motivated female adolescent dropouts learn the essential technical and soft skills to find a job in the hospitality industry, leading to
financial autonomy and a self-reliant and self-determined life for these students and their children.
90% of graduates found permanent, full-time jobs.
