What a privilege to experience this
What a beautiful and long journey we had! The diversity of landscapes and animals! And not to forget the incredibly kind and friendly people.
And what wonderful accommodations you arranged. Every time, it was a surprise where we would end up, after 10 minutes of dusty, bumpy roads. Every time, it was beautiful. The spots, the views, the well-maintained lodge or tent. Everything was fantastic. The people are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The dishes were also deliciously seasoned. The curries are so delicious. I also want to give a shout out to our guide. What a lovely guide. He told us so much about the area, the people, the animals, and the country. A wonderfully peaceful man. He really stuck with us.

Zanzibar was also great. And necessary, because the safari was quite tiring :-). So, relaxing in Zanzibar was perfect. New Teddy’s on the beach, where you can really relax and not have to do anything. So we didn’t do that either. Beautiful white beach and beautiful blue sea. Swimming in the waves at high tide.
Yesterday, I had a moment of realization that the terms Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania, Zanzibar, etc., aren’t just concepts anymore but actual places we’ve stood and flown over in a hot air balloon, seen and enjoyed with our own eyes. What an incredible privilege that we were able to experience this together. Never to be forgotten!
