About Itikoni Camp

In the lush forests of Arusha National Park, beneath the crater of Mount Meru and away from the beaten track, lies the Itikoni Camp.

This semi-permanent camp is located at an altitude of 2,100 meters and therefore offers a good opportunity to acclimatize prior to climbing
Mount Meru or Kilimanjaro.

Itikoni Camp is a great base for hiking in Arusha National Park.

The property

The nine spacious tents of Itikoni Camp have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.

All meals are prepared with local and fresh ingredients as much as possible and served in a spacious, communal dining tent with a wood stove.
